Welcome to my blog where I write mostly about my two favorite things and occasionally other random topics that I find interesting or worthy of a rant. Being an extremely active Instagram user I found myself posting a lot of pictures about the books I was reading and all things coffee and that became the raison d’être for this blog.
As far as my views and reviews about coffee is concerned here are some things you need to know that may justify my qualification to pass judgement on the “Devil’s Drink”:
- Im not a professional coffee taster or a barista (yet), but I am a true-blue, red-blooded South Indian with an unwavering love for coffee particularly the Indian Filter Coffee.
- I was introduced to the aforesaid beverage at an absurdly young age of about 6 months, straight from the bottle with the honorable intent of getting me to drink milk, albeit a caffeinated version.
- As I am only used to coffee served with milk and sugar, all the coffees mentioned in my posts are usually in the form of the Indian filter coffee, lattes, cappuccinos , flat-whites or some such variant with milk and sugar. I do not (with very few exceptions) drink black coffee in any form like espressos, ristrettos, turkish etc, so if you are a coffee purist in that sense you may/may not agree with my opinions or reviews.
